1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AgroWing platform ("Platform"), including our website, mobile application, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including farmers, drone service providers (DSPs), pilots, retailers, service engineers, and administrators.

2. Services Description

AgroWing is an agricultural technology platform that connects farmers with drone spray service providers. The Platform facilitates booking, scheduling, and management of drone-based crop spraying operations. Services include but are not limited to: farm registration, spray booking, real-time job tracking, drone fleet management, pilot assignment, and equipment maintenance coordination.

AgroWing acts as an intermediary and does not directly perform spraying operations. The actual services are provided by independent DSPs and their licensed pilots.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information, including valid identification and contact details.
• Farmers must provide accurate farm location data and crop details for safe and effective spraying operations.
• DSPs and pilots must hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance as mandated by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and applicable state regulations.
• Users must not misuse the Platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or interfere with other users' access to services.
• All users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgroWing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation, crop damage, equipment malfunction, service delays, or losses resulting from reliance on information provided through the Platform.

AgroWing's total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
